- Complete maintenance work orders and repairs.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and building systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and facility inspections.
- Respond to maintenance emergencies as needed.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
- Follow safety standards and work with team members and contractors on projects.
- Experience in facilities, building, or property maintenance.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer service.
