- Set up effective monitoring to identify and address incidents before users notice them.
- Perform straightforward administration tasks.
- Operate the API gateway and identity provider as core components of the platform architecture.
- Manage cloud-installed applications and platform components, including services operated by manufacturers.
- Act as service manager for cloud services by coordinating responsibilities and service-level agreements and mediating between business departments and providers.
