- Strong knowledge in the telecom domain
- Experience with Business Analysis, Business Process Re-engineering, E2E Solution Design / Component or System Design / Solution Architecture in Telecom OSS / BSS domain
- Good to have working experience on Digital Transformation, OSS/BSS Cloud Implementations, Network Transformation programs
- Understanding of Technology Landscape such as E2E OSS & BSS, CRM/CPQ, Product Catalog, Order Management (OM), Service Order Management, Inventory Management, Microservices based Architecture, RPA, Service Fulfillment, Service Assurance, Billing, and Invoicing for B2C / B2B business
- Good experience in data modeling, UML, and integration patterns
- Understanding of frameworks relevant for the Telecommunications domain (eTOM, SID, TAM, ITIL, ODA)
- Able to understand and translate business requirements, and working with product / technical and operations teams to help design and build new Products and Services
- Able to conduct workshops and design thinking sessions to understand IT Process / Technology / Architecture and existing OSS/BSS implementations
- Able to deliver intelligent business insights through translation of reports and analytics
- Fair understanding of both B2C & B2B Product Lifecycle management (Products, Promotion, Pricing, Digital Marketing etc.)
- Understanding of technologies such as 4G/5G/Metro Ethernet/ATM/MPLS/SONET/SDH etc. and their mapping to OSS systems is an added advantage
- Bringing thought leadership and helping to build and strengthen Telecom practice
- New requirement discussions with Business Stakeholders, Product Managers, and Product Owners
- Conducting or contributing to requirement grooming sessions with delivery squads
- Running requirement elicitation meetings with Technology and Operations teams
- Capturing functional and non-functional requirements based on current scope
- Managing requirements prioritization using MOSCOW / WSJF frameworks
- Engage with business stakeholders and understand the business requirements through mutual dialogue, workshops etc.
- Analyse and qualify requirements
- Align the business requirements with IT delivery
- Ensure coherence between all business and technology stakeholders
- Conducting Process walkthrough discussions with Sales / Operations and Service Users
- Creating Customer Journey flows for key User Personas
- Attending and contributing to daily stand-up meetings with delivery squads
- Participating and contributing to Sprint and PI Planning meetings
- Participating and contributing to Requirement Grooming sessions
- Participating and contributing to Sprint Retrospective meetings
- Participating and providing feedbacks in Show and Tell sessions
