Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of training/experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in US Benefits and Leave programs
  • Experience with a HRIS (e.g. Workday)
  • Experience in global benefits is preferred
  • Foundational knowledge in Excel and spreadsheet proficiency
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day “Tier 2” global benefits support to employees
  • Manage enrollment queries from vendors and audit data for benefits enrollment accuracy
  • Work closely with payroll team for accurate benefits deductions and funding
  • Partner with People Operations for effective service delivery globally
  • Support projects like annual open enrollment, benefits renewal, and leave programs
  • Develop communication to employees in a clear and simple format
  • Support administrative benefits topics like employee PTO balances
  • Complete leave of absence calculations and administer leaves of absence
  • Support the setup of new countries (contracts, carriers, and benefits)
