Requirements
  • College diploma in a related discipline with 1 to 3 years demonstrated experience
  • Strong computer skills, highly proficient with MS Office and Excel skills, with advanced working knowledge on customized Excel reporting, pivot tables and formatting
  • Strong experience in taking and formatting minutes of meetings
  • Ability to work independently and without supervision

Responsibilities
  • Work with the Senior Project Director to ensure contract wide compliance with SDR and processes
  • Report on data from Project Controls Analyst (PCA) on regular basis to provide Sr. Director with up to date trending and actionable items
  • Monitor documentation sent to PSPC
  • Track timelines and outstanding approvals of documents
  • Participate in monthly project review meetings to take minutes, track ongoing issues and escalation items
  • Work with PCA II during monthly billing exercise to ensure compliance to the SDR and Milestone Billing rules
  • Regular monitoring and trending to KPI deliverables
  • Prepare reports, follow-up on key initiatives, maintain & update documentation and perform other clerical duties
