- Participate into requirements analysis, estimation, development and code reviews activities.
- Must be able to collaborate with offshore team
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute any tasks with quality and track it to closure
- At least 4 years of experience in project life cycle activities on development, maintenance projects.
- Knowledge to build and configuration management related process.
- At least 4 years of experience in software development working with various technologies like Java 1.5+, Spring 3.0 or above, Web Services - SOAP or REST, JSP, Servlet, Eclipse, HTML, IBM WebSphere/JBoss Application Server, SQL.
- At least 2 years of experience in handling teams in the role of a Team Lead, Tech Lead, Module Lead
- Candidate should have exposure to Jira, Maven, and SOAP UI will be preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience working in Global Delivery model- i.e. onsite- offshore model.
- At least 4 years of experience in SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall or Agile (preferred)
- Candidates should have high analytical ability and impactful communication with stakeholders.
- Experience in credit cards and Payments domain would be a plus.
