Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related degree
  • Minimum of 12 years related experience
  • Capability of performing in a project management role for single or multiple projects
  • Licensure or registration in the United States preferred
  • LEED accreditation preferred
  • Advanced knowledge in discipline
  • Must have the ability to be client facing with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong business acumen, technical knowledge, coordination skills
  • Familiarity with Revit, Microsoft Office, MS Project, Deltek Vision, Bluebeam, and other data management software
Responsibilities
  • Lead, develop, and nurture successful partnering relationships with clients
  • Develop and maintain positive client relations throughout the project life
  • Ensure appropriate client and internal communication
  • Lead project teams to achieve quality, budget, schedule, innovation, and profitability objectives
  • Manage design and documentation process during construction
  • Accountable for risk mitigation and compliance
  • Collaborate effectively with team members
  • Implement CannonDesign Method using best practices and technology
  • Coordinate workload of team and provide leadership
  • Meet with project team members to monitor work progress
  • Responsible for QA/QC process and technical quality of projects
  • Participate in negotiating contracts and planning work
  • Perform other duties as assigned
