- Provide technical assistance, supervise work and troubleshooting, and control completed work.
- Maintain continuous technology monitoring.
- Track new projects.
- Monitor backup procedures.
- Supervise and manage service providers.
- Manage the server, PC, laptop, mobile-device, and iPad fleet.
- Define and monitor allocated budgets.
- Organize and facilitate discussions with the General Manager and various teams to identify needs.
- Lead and support the organization through change management.
- Manage requests for proposals and purchasing orders.
- Train teams.
- Ensure compliance with the brand charter.
- Manage teams and organize the department.
- Ensure procedures are applied.
- Back up and secure data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
- Manage the Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Hyper-V virtualization environments.
- Manage Opera PMS/cloud, Silverware POS, purchasing and finance systems, and the FortiWiFi network.
- Coordinate with the technical department on CCTV, TV, CTT, Alcatel PBX, and Merlaud Sound systems.
- Manage Cisco VLANs.
- Manage Backup Exec backups.
- Support implementation of the hotel’s strategic plan in coordination with the Accor Group and the owner.
- Evaluate and present new systems.
- Organize 24-hour coverage for the functions.
- Manage, renew, and maintain hardware.
- Hotel-industry experience is strongly recommended.
