Responsibilities
  • Actively prospect and leverage potential new business opportunities within specified customer account(s).
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within Account and develop in-depth knowledge of the customer organization.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in core product offering and maintain general knowledge of other IQVIA services for appropriate cross-sell opportunities.
  • Aggressively pursue awareness of competitive activities, positioning, and pricing, which includes specific reasons for awards and non-awards.
  • Analyze potential opportunities and develop sales plans for each target account. Ensure appropriate strategy/solution is proposed to customer. Monitor actions and results against plans.
  • Develop project specific pitch deck and proposals, facilitate appropriate contracting documents through IQVIA resources.
  • Work across appropriate internal resources to develop appropriate solutions, prepare, and present solutions to client to initiate and close the sales process.
  • Manage existing customer base to establish relationship/partnership to ensure long term success.
  • Maintain high visibility within customer organization. Monitor customer satisfaction by communicating regularly with customer.
  • Handle follow-up related to the sale and drive completion of contractual documents.

NEW IQVIA INSTITUTE REPORT WARNS OF ACCESS DISPARITIES FORCAR T-CELL THERAPY ACROSS EUROPEStockley Park, UK – 23 April 2025 – A new report reveals disparities in chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy delivery across Europe, with healthcare system utilisation rates of the therapy as low as 11% for eligible patients. The independent research ‘Achieving CAR T-Cell Therapy Health System Readiness: An assessment of barriers and opportunities’ by the IQVIA Institute for Human Data Science, funded by Gilead and Kite, highlights challenges across countries that can lead to uneven access to CAR T-cell therapy.
