Responsibilities
  • Own and execute product roadmap items aligned to team’s vision and OKRs
  • Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery milestones
  • Drive sprint execution in partnership with engineering and design teams
  • Ensure timely delivery of features with high quality and reliability
  • Improve end-to-end user journeys (discovery, onboarding, usage, and support)
  • Drive enhancements across UI/UX, navigation, and developer experience
  • Identify opportunities to increase engagement and platform usage
  • Collaborate with product, platform, and business teams to align priorities
  • Ensure consistent messaging and experience across platforms
  • Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership
  • Work closely with engineering on platform capabilities (API onboarding, search, subscriptions, authentication)
  • Support integration with backend systems
  • Drive improvements in API documentation, onboarding flows, and developer tooling
  • Ensure product decisions align with technical feasibility and scalability
  • Ensure adherence to security, risk, and compliance requirements
  • Support backlog prioritization for technical debt, vulnerabilities, and stability improvements
  • Manage production issues, escalations, and continuous improvement cycles
  • Maintain release readiness and operational resilience
  • Leverage analytics (e.g., user funnels, search behavior, engagement data) to inform decisions
  • Use customer feedback loops to refine product features and roadmap
  • Contribute to AI-driven enhancements (search, chatbot, personalization)
