  • Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand NexHealth’s hiring needs to scale for exponential growth
  • Build a thriving and forecastable pipeline of high-quality candidates who are aligned with NexHealth’s values and mission
  • Attract high-performing candidates and communicate our vision and values throughout the interview process
  • Identify and source passive candidates using a variety of channels, online tools, and unique sourcing methods
  • Proactively manage the entire lifecycle of the candidate from source to close while providing an exceptional white-glove experience for each candidate and hiring manager
  • Track pipeline data and provide relevant updates to partners on all roles/projects supported
