Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth by engaging directly with end users and collaborating with dealers to promote our laundry and catering equipment.
  • Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders and decision-makers, including Operations, Health & Safety, Procurement, and Sustainability, to align on objectives and strategies.
  • Forge and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, showcasing the value of Diversey’s Washcraft offerings and driving product adoption.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to align account objectives, identify growth priorities, and introduce new innovations that enhance productivity, sustainability, and financial performance for both parties.
  • Implement effective strategies for contract renewals and ensure the timely completion of customer tenders and proposals, prioritizing excellence in all interactions.
  • Maintain a comprehensive business risk profile for all accounts, proactively identifying and addressing potential challenges.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new business wins, managing rollout processes alongside direct and indirect sales support to optimize customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize both direct and indirect sales approaches to effectively serve end customers, ensuring a seamless market strategy.
  • Promote the effective use of remote sales and service tools among the team to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date account plans aligned with customer objectives, reviewing these regularly as part of the quarterly business process.
  • Work closely with the Field and Internal Sales Teams to ensure that account objectives are met consistently and to high standards across the customer base.
  • Coordinate account development activities in collaboration with the Washcraft leader, Commercial Lead, and Commercial Business Partner.
