Responsibilities
  • Assist and act as back-up with new hire procedures and orientations
  • Assist with processing payroll with minimal errors
  • Maintain organized hard copy filing system for all employees
  • Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files
  • Handle and secure confidential information
  • Assist staff with processing required paperwork for employee hiring and termination
  • Conducts audits of I-9, company driver’s, sales licenses, work permit
  • Assist with preparing Human Resources reports
  • Time Clock Plus and Time Star system entry and maintenance
  • Assists or prepares correspondence as requested by HR Specialist
  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
