Responsibilities
  • Providing delivery leadership, and executing on large scale, highly complex initiatives by aligning key stakeholders, working across various levels of the organization, and driving business results
  • Leveraging design thinking methods to facilitate, articulate, and align on problem definition and solution design among business leads, relevant stakeholders, and oftentimes customers.
  • Developing and adding further detail and fidelity to envisioned solutions through prototyping, often working with the same stakeholders, by leveraging an agile approach towards feedback to deliver quickly while meeting product goals.
  • Managing the product lifecycle (e.g., vision, roadmap, budget, pricing, development), often by leveraging the collective functions of an enterprise, to deliver solutions that maximize value and minimize time to delivery.
  • Enabling organizations and its people to embrace, adopt, and champion new solutions by leveraging effective change management strategies and methodologies.
