Requirements
  • 5-7 years of work experience in CRM, preferably in e-commerce
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics or equivalent
  • Keen interest in using new and smart technology
  • Creative problem solver
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and SQL is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Braze, SIM by Selligent, Accengage, Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Designing, executing and optimising email and push campaigns across the customer funnel from acquisition to retention to reactivation
  • Working with the local country teams to understand their market requirements and support these initiatives through CRM sendings
  • Own and drive new and existing CRM initiatives with insightful data driven behavior
  • Focus on customer centric KPIs (unsubscription%, CTR%, retention rate etc.) to evaluate and optimise campaign performance
  • Focus on A/B testing to continuously optimise the campaigns to improve customer experience and journey
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and SQL is an advantage
  • Familiarity with Braze, SIM by Selligent, Accengage, Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus
