Requirements
  • 3 years of stock plan administration experience
  • Experience managing equity and ESPP plans on behalf of public company
Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day execution of stock plan administration for the company, including new grants, vesting events, and ESPP purchases
  • Own relationship between the company and external partners
  • Ensure highest levels of accuracy and compliance in all data and processes
  • Understand technologies to define requirements, train team members and identify/correct issues (technologies to include Workday and Morgan Stanley equity platform)
  • Demonstrate proficiency in company leadership expectations
  • Implement process improvements (ex: automation, adoption of AI) to improve efficiency and effectiveness of time spent
  • Manage internal resources for stock plan education for team members and equity recipients to promote understanding of rewards
Desired Qualifications
  • 5 years of stock plan administration experience
  • Bachelor's degree and/or certification in a related field
  • People leadership experience
  • Experience using Morgan Stanley Stock Plan Connect and Shareworks platforms

Cfpb Sues Rocket Homes, Alleging Illegal Kickback Scheme

Rocket Homes said Monday (Dec. 23) that it “will not rest” until it sees the dismissal of Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) allegations that were announced Monday. The CFPB sued Rocket Homes, Jason Mitchell and Mitchell’s real estate brokerage firm, which does business as the Jason Mitchell Group, alleging they each played a role in an illegal kickback scheme. The regulator said in a Monday (Dec. 23) press release that its complaint alleges that the scheme provided incentives to real estate brokers and agents to steer prospective borrowers to Rocket Mortgage and Amrock, which, like Rocket Homes, are affiliates of Rocket Companies
