The Brokerage Branch Manager will lead and grow a high-performing freight brokerage office, overseeing sales performance, talent development, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a rising logistics leader ready to take ownership of a team, drive revenue, and influence office-level P&L performance.

Your day-to-day:
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, mentor, and develop both individual contributors and developing leaders
Foster a high-performance, accountable, collaborative culture
Conduct coaching touchpoints, performance reviews, and ongoing feedback
Partner with recruiting to attract, hire, and onboard strong talent
Sales & Business Growth
Drive revenue growth and sales performance across the office
Build and maintain key customer and carrier relationships
Support brokers in pricing, negotiations, and deal strategy
Stay current on market and customer trends to target growth opportunities
Operational Excellence
Ensure process discipline, compliance, and operational accuracy
Drive effective execution across coverage, tracking, communication, and service
Resolve escalations and support brokers in problem-solving situations
Partner across internal functional groups to enhance customer experience
Financial & Performance Ownership
Help influence office P&L performance, including revenue and margin goals
Monitor KPIs and pipeline health; take proactive action to hit business targets
Use data and insights to drive performance, efficiency, and profitability
Ensure accurate reporting and alignment to budget expectations

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field)
3–7 years of experience in freight brokerage or logistics with leadership exposure
High-energy presence with the ability to motivate, inspire, and set the tone for culture
Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales-driven teams
Proven track record driving revenue and operational execution
Experience using Salesforce CRM
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Solid financial acumen and understanding of margin/P&L levers
Ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-moving environment
