At Azurity, we are at the forefront of delivering data-driven insights to the commercial sales & marketing functions of the pharmaceutical industry. We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies to drive the successful delivery and ongoing enhancements of our data analytics product. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data analytics projects, combined with exemplary communication and project management skills.

Principle Responsibilities:

Efficiently translate iterative sprint-based plans into linear, traditional timelines for senior stakeholders while maintaining the integrity of Agile principles. This includes visualizing the Agile flow and ensuring there is alignment with the business’s strategic goals.
Convert detailed product backlogs provided by the Product Owner into clear, visual product roadmaps. Ensure that these roadmaps are updated and reflective of the latest priorities and market changes.
Lead cross-functional teams in joint planning sessions, ensuring clear alignment on milestones, objectives, and deliverables.
Define, document, and manage project scopes, ensuring all parties understand and commit to their roles and responsibilities.
Allocate necessary resources and teams to ensure timely and quality product delivery.
Develop and manage project and program budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of funds for maximum impact.
Employ Smartsheet and other modern project planning tools to track, measure, and report on project progress.
Regularly update senior stakeholders, the Executive team, and board members on the project’s status, risks, and opportunities. Use exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex data insights in an easily digestible manner.
Leverage feedback and data to continuously improve the platform and the processes supporting its development.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and their application in product development cycles.
Proven experience in managing data analytics projects, with a deep understanding of the unique requirements and challenges these projects present.
Proficiency in using Smartsheet and/or other modern project planning tools.
Demonstrated ability in project scoping, chartering, resource planning, and budgeting.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior executives and board members.
Collaborative mindset and experience in facilitating cross-functional team efforts.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in sales & marketing functions is preferred.
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PgMP) is preferred
Familiarity with machine learning components and their application in data analytics is preferred.
