The Arlington of Naples is recruiting for a hospitality focused Renovation Coordinator to join our team!
Pay: Up to $32.00 per hour

We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Renovation Coordinator to join our team and ensure that every apartment is move-in ready with precision and care. This hands-on role blends craftsmanship with customer service, requiring a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently across multiple renovation projects.
What You'll Do:
As a Renovation Coordinator, you’ll be instrumental in preparing units for new residents and maintaining high standards of quality and comfort. Your day-to-day will include:
Resident & Staff Communication: Provide clear updates on renovation timelines and progress to both residents and internal teams.
Site Inspections: Conduct weekly walkthroughs with contractors, identifying and tracking outstanding items through detailed punch lists.
Design Support: Guide future residents in selecting finishes such as carpet, vinyl, and paint colors—serving as their primary point of contact.
Procurement: Order necessary items for unit turnover, including appliances, lighting, and plumbing fixtures.
Installation & Repairs: Install and replace light fixtures, ceiling fans, switches, outlets, towel bars, and bathroom accessories. Assist with furniture movement when needed.
Contractor Coordination: Work closely with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate installations, especially for appliances.
Final Walkthroughs: Lead closing walkthroughs with residents, demonstrating apartment features including HVAC systems, appliances, and fire safety components.
What You'll Bring:
We’re seeking someone with a strong technical foundation and a commitment to excellence. Ideal candidates will have:
Proven expertise in general maintenance, including painting, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance installation. Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus.
A minimum of five years of experience in general maintenance or the general contracting field.
A valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation.
