Requirements
  • The candidate must have five years of professional experience in a hotel of the same category.
  • Previous experience as a floor housekeeper is mandatory.
  • The candidate must practice one or more foreign languages, including at least English.
  • The candidate must have knowledge and practical experience with computer tools.
  • The candidate must have demonstrated ability to manage teams.
  • The candidate must be able to diagnose issues and work autonomously.
  • The candidate must demonstrate confidentiality.
  • French and English are mandatory.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise the organization of the housekeeping management team and maintain a team environment conducive to motivation.
  • Manage housekeeping department personnel in collaboration with the Housekeeping Manager.
  • Participate actively in developing work processes.
  • Communicate instructions to housekeepers, room attendants, porters, and laundry staff.
  • Ensure that staff provide efficient and courteous service.
  • Ensure that teams maintain appropriate professional presentation.
  • Ensure respect for the premises and equipment made available to the Housekeeping department and implement corrective actions to address malfunctions.
