Requirements
  • Related experience with commercial insurance
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent organizational, communications and project management skills.
  • High school or equivalent
Responsibilities
  • Primary person to handle and obtain credentialing/loss reports from our insurance carriers, utilizing Loss Run Pro whenever possible, and handling outlier requests.
  • Process Medical Malpractice certificate of insurance requests.
  • Renew and maintain policies within EPIC (Agency Management System).
  • Maintain endorsements, cancellation/reinstatements, and audits in EPIC for commercial accounts. Update EPIC with requested changes in coverage or exposure.
  • Handle correspondence and the clerical processing of accounts including applications, attachment processes, and agency management system input as requested by the Servicing team.
  • Support Production and Servicing with prefilling applications and other specific assigned tasks.
  • Provide backup and overflow support to the Client Service Team.
  • Conduct business in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of both the business and earnings implications of the Company.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager.
