Primary Care Physician

[email protected] Medical Group is recruiting a BC or BE Physician to join our primary care team in Highland, IL. Highland is a fantastic community, only 38 miles from St. Louis. Attached to St. Joseph's Hospital, this HSHS Medical Group location provides an excellent experience to it's patients with quick access to additional services. This clinic is a bustling primary care and walk-in clinic, with Monday through Friday hours.


Practice Highlights

100% Outpatient Practice
Monday-Friday weekly schedule with an option of a 4 or 5 day work week
Minimal call with group shared call
Call is phone call only, no requirement to be called in.
No holidays or weekends
Strong support staff provided
EPIC EMR

Position Requirements

Unrestricted Illinois license prior to start
Board Certified or Board Eligible

Compensation & Benefits Package
Sign-On bonus, and student loan reimbursement
Residency and fellowship stipends
20 days off + 6 holidays per year
CME Reimbursement + days available per fiscal year

Education Qualifications

• Clinical doctorate is required.

Experience Qualifications

• Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required.

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
• Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty.
• Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program.
• Must be board certified or board eligible.
