Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
• Lead the planning, design, and execution of wastewater treatment, collection, and conveyance projects.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
• Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies, contractors, and other stakeholders to address project requirements.
• Prepare and present project updates, reports, and proposals.
• Technical Oversight:
• Provide technical guidance to engineering teams on wastewater system designs and processes.
• Review and approve design plans, calculations, and technical documents.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Team Leadership:
• Mentor and support project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Delegate tasks effectively and ensure clear communication among team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and identify opportunities for professional development.
• Risk and Quality Management:
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues.
