Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of automotive accounting experience is required.
- Good computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Must pass a drug screening and background check.
Responsibilities
- Perform automotive accounting work across tag and title, deal processing, vehicle inventory, finance and insurance product administration, and accounts payable.
- Complete daily bank deposits.
- Process parts accounts receivable payments.
- Maintain schedules.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with dealer management systems is helpful but not required.
