  • 4+ years in product management or related field
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Established ability to interface with external partners and drive integrations across third-party providers and ecosystems
  • Experience in transportation is preferred, but not required
  • Work cross-functionally with cloud and application software teams to build a cohesive product experience for fleet customers, internal and external, around APIs and Marketplace needs
  • Manage large and emergent customers that have complex needs and high expectation
  • Develop digital product features that over deliver for customers and enhance the Rivian Fleet Platform resulting in significant incremental SaaS revenue for the commercial business unit
  • Work closely with our engineering, design, and business teams to write user stories, define product requirements, set product roadmaps and drive product execution
  • Work with external and internal vehicle data to help customers and Rivian teams get insight into their fleets to make the best possible business decisions
  • Understand and prioritize emergent customers' complex needs
  • Develop a deep understanding of vehicle data as well as associated inputs and outputs of the data
  • Deliver build, purchase, partner recommendations and own strategy presentations to execs
