  • Project Management: Oversee and coordinate a variety of projects, from review processes and product launches to paid media campaign assets
  • Marketing strategy: Develop and execute on brand marketing strategy to build awareness within our design target
  • XFN Communication: Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners, organize workflows, and manage stakeholder consensus and expectations to meet project timelines
  • Tools & Technologies: Leverage project management tools to develop timelines and coordinate deliverables, and maintain organization across all project documents and shared assets. Identify marketing technology opportunities and onboard new tools
  • Planning & Implementation: Participation in the strategic planning phase of projects, showing an understanding of processes and the lead times involved. You'll also own the project intake process and help with project prioritization, guiding internal XFN teams through our process
  • Demonstrated experience with developing new processes, overseeing lead times / key deliverables, and process improvement
  • Experience in strategy through execution of brand marketing campaigns
  • Comfortable working in an ever-changing environment, where last minute changes can arise and require nimble troubleshooting know-how
  • Demonstrated knowledge of how to identify and create time-saving processes and workflows
  • Proven collaborator with strong communication
  • Excellent relationship-building know-how and a willingness to hold self and teammates accountable
  • Self-starter who works well independently
  • Knowledge of how to remain calm and flexible while dealing with ambiguity
  • Experience with Jira, Trello, or other digital project collaboration software
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Miro or other design software a plus
Desired Qualifications
  • 5+ years in marketing operations / project management experience ( points for working within a startup environment)
