  • 5+ years of relevant experience including but not limited to Quota Attainment, Territory Planning, Prospecting and Pipeline Building, Opportunity Execution, Competing, Negotiating and Closing, Strategic Account Planning with Client Success Managers, Networking and Marketing, Continued Learning and Development, and usage of the various technology tools required to perform job responsibilities.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets within assigned territories.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, IT leaders, and procurement officers within state and local agencies.
  • Solution Selling: Understand client needs and challenges, and deliver compelling SaaS solutions that align with their objectives, focusing on the value our platform provides to public sector clients.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage a robust sales pipeline from lead generation to close, ensuring timely and accurate forecasting, and reporting on sales activity and progress.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Navigate the complexities of government procurement processes, including RFPs, RFIs, and contract negotiations, while adhering to regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, legislative changes, and competitive landscape to position our solutions effectively.

PayItGov.com operates a digital transaction platform for government agencies to manage payments and refunds from residents. The product centralizes online payments, refunds, transaction tracking, payment reminders, and real-time staff dashboards to streamline service delivery and revenue collection. PayIt partners with Harris County Tax Office to modernise property tax payments in Texas

PayIt has partnered with the Tax Office of Harris County, Texas, to deliver a digital property tax payment platform called MyHarrisCountyTax. Launched in autumn 2025, the platform was developed in just over 100 days and has processed more than 468,000 transactions whilst enrolling over 185,000 resident profiles. The platform allows taxpayers to pay online for up to 300 properties simultaneously, schedule partial payments, and receive bill reminders. It integrates with the Tax Office's interactive voice response and point of sale systems, creating a unified payments ecosystem across digital and in-person channels. Recent additions include delinquent payment plan applications and recurring monthly payment enrolments. The platform provides staff with administrative tools for monitoring transactions and forecasting revenue collection in real time.
