Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with specialty marketing leaders to align priorities, projects, and plans
  • Develop marketing strategies throughout product lifecycle aligned with business goals, brand strategy, and brand perception improvement
  • Engage with customers and SMEs to understand market needs and inform marketing strategies
  • Utilize customer personas and buyer journeys to shape marketing strategies and plans
  • Create go-to-market strategies in partnership with product management, sales, and global functions
  • Develop compelling value propositions, claims, and messaging consistent with brand guidelines
  • Manage large, complex marketing initiatives involving cross-functional teams
  • Set objectives for campaigns, channels, and events, including customer meetings and conferences
  • Lead the execution of product launches and post-market initiatives
  • Review and approve campaign tactics and marketing materials, ensuring compliance with advertising and promotional standards
  • Provide measurable input to marketing processes, systems, and operational plans
  • Foster a workplace culture that respects and supports individual differences
  • Maintain professional and effective interactions across all levels of the global organization
  • Uphold company values, policies, and standards
  • Communicate effectively through oral and written channels
