Customer Service Representative - Grand Rapids, Michigan
DISHER is partnered with a privately owned, mid-sized furniture company to fill their Customer Service Representative position. This individual will work as part of a team to receive and input furniture orders. Other responsibilities will include communication with customers, dealers, and outside sales reps regarding a variety of topics such as order status, product or standard pricing questions, and deposits due.

What you’ll get to do:
- Communicate professionally with customers, dealers, and outside sales reps regarding order status, by phone and email
- Work as a team with engineering and manufacturing leadership to communicate lead time and order status
- Enter orders into the ERP system with timeliness and accuracy
- Provide standard product pricing
What will make you successful:
- High school diploma or GED; college courses or degree preferred
- Minimum of two years’ similar experience in manufacturing
- Proven problem-solving skills
- ERP order entry experience and general computer/keyboard knowledge
- Outlook, Excel, Word proficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
