Its tools use artificial intelligence and machine learning to help retailers, manufacturers, and distributors forecast demand, manage inventory, and optimize workforce planning. The platform works by integrating data from multiple sources and offering modules for demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and replenishment, all delivered as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) that updates continuously. This end-to-end approach differentiates RELEX from competitors by coupling multiple planning functions into one unified system with data-driven insights, rather than offering separate, standalone tools. Dollar General deploys AI across distribution centers, stores. The retailer is using Relex Solutions' supply chain platform to manage ordering schedules, lead times, supplier coordination and fulfillment methods. Published Aug. 31, 2026 Dollar General is implementing artificial intelligence to unify forecasting, replenishment and allocation across its North America operations. In partnership with Relex Solutions, the retailer aims to use AI to coordinate planning across its network, which includes 21,000 stores and 34 distribution centers, according to an Aug. 27 press release from the technology company. Dollar General will leverage Relex's AI platform to manage store replenishment, ordering schedules, lead times, supplier coordination and fulfillment methods. Demand factors, including sales patterns, will also be built directly into the planning process so distribution centers and stores can use the same data. "The platform brings forecasting, replenishment, and allocation planning into a single environment, giving our teams greater visibility across the network," Jeff Vaughan, SVP of global inventory management at Dollar General, said in the release. Dollar General has been looking to increase its use of AI throughout its operations, CEO Todd Vasos said during an Aug. 27 earnings call. In practice, driving efficiencies can help mitigate cost pressures, according to the executive. "Additionally, while we are still early in our AI journey, we are building agentic operating systems for the enterprise focused on reshaping and optimizing our workflows to improve productivity throughout the organization," Vasos said. Other retailers and companies have also been turning to Relex's technology to drive supply chain efficiency and overall visibility. Lowe's, for instance, announced plans to scale its partnership with Relex in April in a bid to improve inventory management. At the time, the retailer said full implementation is slated for early 2027. In March, wholesale distributor United Natural Foods, Inc. said it intended to roll out Relex's AI inventory planning technology across 12 distribution sites by the end of its fiscal year on Aug. 1. Last year, Guitar Center also implemented Relex technology to improve inventory planning capabilities and overall supply chain visibility to reduce stockouts and overstock.

Amart Furniture to overhaul forecasting and replenishment with RELEX. 2026-08-24 Australia's leading furniture retailer replaces legacy planning tools with AI-driven forecasting and replenishment to improve availability, cut costs, and manage complex supply chain challenges SYDNEY, Australia, Aug. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - Amart Furniture has selected RELEX Solutions to replace its legacy planning system with AI-driven forecasting and replenishment across its 66 stores and four distribution centers (DCs). The RELEX AI-native planning platform will help Amart improve forecast accuracy, increase product availability, reduce inventory costs, and automate planning processes. Amart offers more than 2,000 products, from sofas and dining sets to home décor and signature collections. Managing seasonal demand, long import lead times, and complex delivery schedules placed increasing pressure on its planning processes. Its legacy planning process relied heavily on manual work and spreadsheets, making it difficult to respond quickly to changing demand and support the company's continued growth. With RELEX, Amart will be able to forecast demand at the DC and Store level, factoring in delivered-sales timing and pre-sold quantities to protect service levels and smooth inbound inventory flow. Where container optimization has historically been a manual and costly process, RELEX will optimize purchase orders against fill, weight, and volume constraints to build cost-efficient import loads. It will also continuously learn from the gap between expected and actual supplier lead times, automatically adjusting safety stock and order timing so Amart's planning teams spend less time managing supply uncertainty and more time on decisions that move the business forward. "We wanted a planning platform that could keep pace with our business and give our teams greater confidence in the decisions they make every day," said Gary Draper, Planning Manager at Amart Furniture. "RELEX stood out for its ability to manage the complexity of our supply chain while giving us the flexibility to adapt as our business evolves. We're looking forward to building a stronger planning foundation that supports both our operations and our customers." "Amart selected RELEX for its ability to address the supply chain challenges unique to furniture retail," said Rod Talbot, VP APAC at RELEX Solutions. "Container optimization, variable lead times, and seasonal demand require a level of planning precision that legacy systems cannot deliver at scale. We're looking forward to working with Amart to bring that precision to their planning and help their teams make faster, more confident decisions every day." About Amart Furniture For over 50 years, Amart has been helping Australians transform their houses into homes by creating beautiful living spaces that are stylish, functional, affordable and comfortable. The Westin Wenzhou believe style should be enjoyed every day, not tiptoed around. RELEX Solutions gets adopted by Eucatex to transform supply chain. Jul 21, 2026, 15:00 ET Brazilian manufacturer to align demand, inventory, and distribution planning across its Construction Materials business SALTO, Brazil, July 21, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - Eucatex S.A., one of Brazil's largest industrial manufacturers, has selected RELEX Solutions to improve supply chain planning across its construction materials business. The company will deploy demand planning, inventory planning, and distribution planning capabilities from RELEX, with São Paulo-based consultancy Sintec Consulting leading the implementation. Founded in 1951 and publicly listed on B3 (EUCA3/EUCA4), Eucatex operates seven manufacturing facilities in Brazil and exports to more than 40 countries across Latin America, North America, and Europe. Its construction materials business includes paints, laminate flooring, doors, and partitions. As the business grew, managing inventory across an expanding product portfolio became more complex. By the end of 2025, inventory levels were putting increased pressure on working capital. Planning relied on spreadsheet-based processes with limited integration across commercial, supply chain, and logistics teams, making it difficult to maintain a consistent view of stock across more than 1,300 SKUs. RELEX will help Eucatex move to a unified planning approach, starting with AI-driven demand, distribution, and inventory planning that generates forecasts at SKU, channel, and distribution center level, up to 18 months in advance. These forecasts feed directly into inventory optimization, where safety stock and replenishment parameters are recalibrated dynamically by SKU and location. Distribution planning then converts those signals into coordinated transfer orders across Eucatex's network, aligned to logistics constraints and service level targets. This will help reduce emergency shipments and improve product availability. By aligning commercial, supply chain, and logistics teams around a shared view of demand, the company aims to bring greater consistency and visibility to planning decisions, reducing stockouts, improving planning efficiency, and supporting inventory management. "Our goal with this project goes well beyond deploying new technology," said José Antônio Goulart de Carvalho, Executive Vice President and DRI at Eucatex. "We are building planning capabilities that give our leadership team clear visibility and control over our supply chain. RELEX gives us the foundation to manage working capital more actively, improve availability for our customers, and support continued growth." "Eucatex has built one of Brazil's most respected sustainability programs, from 48,000 hectares of managed forests to 50% renewable energy powering its factories," said Martín Saludas, VP Manufacturing LATAM at RELEX Solutions. "Better planning helps reduce excess inventory, avoid unnecessary transport, and use resources more efficiently. The focus is on improving how the supply chain performs day to day." About RELEX Solutions RELEX Solutions provides a unified, AI-native platform for retail and supply chain planning and is trusted globally for its consistently high customer satisfaction. RELEX helps retailers, manufacturers, and wholesalers optimize demand, inventory, merchandising, pricing, and supply and production planning to improve availability and efficiency at scale.
