Requirements
- 1+ years of remote technical support and assistance to customers via e-mail, phone, video, or chat
- Experience using remote tools components (IPMI,DRAC, SNMP)
- Experience with Windows and Ubuntu OS installations for updates and software installations
- B.S Degree or equivalent work experience
- Very strong English written and oral communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency with time sensitive matters
- Strong aptitude for attention to details
- Willingness to work flexible hours and rotate being on call within the IT Production Support team as needed
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier II technical support for Locus Robotics primarily troubleshooting infrastructure and service tickets
- Ensure Locus specific services are running properly by remote login to windows and Ubuntu servers
- Troubleshoot network related matters using Meraki dashboard and other remote monitoring tools
- Reboot devices and configure change settings for deployments
- Collaborate with the IT and Customer Success deployment teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Cisco Meraki and have log monitoring tool experience is a plus
