Requirements
  • 1+ years of remote technical support and assistance to customers via e-mail, phone, video, or chat
  • Experience using remote tools components (IPMI,DRAC, SNMP)
  • Experience with Windows and Ubuntu OS installations for updates and software installations
  • B.S Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Very strong English written and oral communication skills
  • Strong sense of urgency with time sensitive matters
  • Strong aptitude for attention to details
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and rotate being on call within the IT Production Support team as needed
Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier II technical support for Locus Robotics primarily troubleshooting infrastructure and service tickets
  • Ensure Locus specific services are running properly by remote login to windows and Ubuntu servers
  • Troubleshoot network related matters using Meraki dashboard and other remote monitoring tools
  • Reboot devices and configure change settings for deployments
  • Collaborate with the IT and Customer Success deployment teams
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Cisco Meraki and have log monitoring tool experience is a plus
