- A High School Diploma is required.
- Seven or more years of experience in radio frequency and microwave component testing are required.
- Understand lumped element, cavity, and waveguide filter theory and tuning.
- Understand electrical measurements including return loss, insertion loss, rejection, gain, noise figure, 1 dB compression, intermodulation, harmonics, and spurious measurements.
- Understand direct-current theory, including Ohm's Law.
- Experience following test instructions and manufacturing procedures.
- Ability to work under a microscope with excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Physical hand dexterity to perform all duties needed to complete the work, including prolonged use of small hand tools.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with electronic circuit fundamentals and radio frequency measurement methods.
- Ability to use laboratory test equipment including vector network analyzers, radio frequency signal generators, spectrum analyzers, power meters, digital multimeters, and basic electronic tools.
- The applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the United States, or a protected individual under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
- Tune, test, and troubleshoot microwave components from 20 MHz to 40 GHz, including filters, mixers, switches, diplexers, multiplexers, filter-low-noise amplifiers, amplifiers, and integrated microwave assemblies.
- Conduct thermal, shock, vibration, and environmental tests; troubleshoot and debug moderate to complex problems using bus analyzers, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.
- Perform radio frequency and microwave tests using laboratory equipment including network analyzers, signal analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, function generators, high-power amplifiers, noise meters, power meters, and multimeters.
- Solve practical problems efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Set up test equipment for production hardware testing.
- Work from schematics, work instructions, drawings, and operating procedures.
- Assist engineers with new design and development activities, including prototyping and first-article units.
- Conduct manual and automated production tests on radio frequency semiconductor components.
- Record and organize test results and communicate the status of production efforts.
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain electronic measurement equipment.
- Develop an understanding of the operation and parametric behavior of radio frequency components.
- Perform occasional surface-mount assembly and rework using hand-soldering equipment.

Approximately 50% of Stellant's revenue is derived from the aftermarket, and nearly all its revenue is generated from proprietary products. Stellant is expected to generate approximately $300 million in revenue for the calendar year ending December 31, 2025.
