Requirements
  • University degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Over 5 years of hands-on project experience on the ServiceNow platform
  • Required ServiceNow certifications and micro-certifications (depending on modules)
  • Ability to manage and organize work across multiple simultaneous projects
  • Ability to understand and implement complex stakeholder requirements
  • Strong client-facing presentation skills
  • Solid understanding of ITIL methodologies
  • Proficiency in both English and French
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement architectures on the ServiceNow platform, covering at least two of the following modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM/HAM), GRC, SecOPS, IRM, CSM
  • Participate in the definition of the overall architecture, taking into account other technologies present in the client’s environment
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using technologies such as REST, SOAP, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, etc.
  • Participate in the migration to the CSDM data model and the management of the CMDB
  • Guide technical teams in implementing best practices and adhering to quality standards
  • Present proposed solutions and architectures to clients in a clear and compelling manner
  • Work in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban), with a DevOps and CI/CD-oriented approach
