Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in internal, executive, or corporate communications
  • Proven experience in implementing communications initiatives that inspire and engage employees

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute an impactful internal communications strategy in alignment with business goals and objectives
  • Cultivate engagement through transparent and authentic leadership outreach, expanding communications to inform on pivotal developments, promote our distinctive culture, and celebrate our talented individuals
  • Establish robust partnerships with the leadership team, acting as a strategic communications advisor
  • Harness Riveron’s employee value proposition to conceive and craft innovative, engaging content, spanning leadership announcements, videos, slides, newsletters, printed materials, win announcements, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) communications, and more
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders, business segments, and corporate functions to communicate key initiatives and business priorities clearly and compellingly to diverse audiences
  • Stay abreast of firm developments and elevate employee awareness of important news, events, organizational changes, and culture-building initiatives
  • Provide content support for quarterly Town Hall meetings
  • Develop and maintain a network of key internal stakeholders to understand and respond to employee feedback across all levels and teams
  • Identify innovative ways to foster connectivity between employees and firm leaders
  • Act as the lead point of contact for the firmwide intranet site, partnering with teams and individuals across the firm to post compelling content
  • Monitor internal communications best practices, staying ahead of the curve and determining whether to optimize, invest in, or replace existing tools and processes
  • Support content development for critical firm touchpoints, including managing director retreats, board meetings, and business segment meetings
  • Benchmark and address employee feedback through two-way communication mechanisms (e.g., surveys, focus groups)
