Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, marketing analytics, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and concepts, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools, with experience in SQL, Python, or similar technologies.
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution models and techniques, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct financial analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights into ROI and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Finance teams to develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for marketing spend and revenue impact.
  • Lead marketing attribution efforts to determine the contribution of different channels and campaigns to overall revenue generation.
  • Develop and implement advanced attribution models to accurately measure the impact of marketing activities on key financial metrics.
  • Drive cross-functional partnerships with Marketing and Product teams to align on business objectives and optimize resource allocation.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to senior leadership, highlighting trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze marketing performance, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
