RVO Health is building a suite of integrated products that enable data-driven, digital experiences for our brands and partners. You will work with next-generation technologies that change how millions of users connect, explore, and interact with these brands. Our engineers work on a variety of things like information collection and retrieval, distributed computing, large-scale system design, networking, data storage, and machine learning.

What You’ll Do

• Join a high-performing team that embraces platforms-as-a-product thinking and applies the DevOps philosophy.
• Perform platform upgrades and patches as needed.
• Focus on ticket-driven work for ongoing team projects.
• Learn and be curious: explore new cloud technologies, CI/CD practices, cloud security, and SRE best practices.
• Uncover opportunities for automation and simplifying processes through self-service.
• Contribute to team improvement initiatives and projects, including testing tools, process improvements, and automation to improve security, reliability, maintainability, availability, and performance.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for our platforms and services.

What We’re Looking For

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code concepts (preferably Terraform)
• Familiarity with the AWS platform and common technologies (EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, etc.)
• Exposure to Linux and/or container technologies
• Understanding of monitoring and alerting best practices and tools (New Relic, DataDog, PagerDuty)
• Willingness to get hands-on with scripting and automation (Go, Python, JS)

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.

• Starting Salary: $80,000 - $110,000
  *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
