Requirements
  • Multi-year track-record owning lifecycle, ideally for a consumer product with a large customer base.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g.,. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, Sendgrid, etc.) and related tools/languages (ex. HTML/CSS).
  • An understanding of consumer acquisition, activation, engagement and retention strategies.
  • A thoughtful, critical thinker who follows and systematic and rigorous approach to problem solving.
  • An effective communicator and copy writer.
  • Proven success working with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to digest ambiguous data sets and environments, communicate critical insights, and ask the right questions due to your robust analytical skillset.
Responsibilities
  • Own the strategy and implementation of lifecycle marketing and transactional journeys across multiple channels including email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messages via Iterable.
  • Develop a dynamic and personalised customer lifecycle experience, tailored to each user’s behaviours.
  • Draft clear, succinct and persuasive copy for all customer communications.
  • Regularly define and execute experiments to optimise our journeys.
  • Collaborate closely with product, design, engineering and analytics peers to align on key objectives, develop cohesive strategy, and execute in concert.

Felix provides an online platform that allows patients to receive medical treatment without needing to visit a doctor's office or pharmacy. The process involves three steps: patients fill out a health questionnaire, a healthcare practitioner from Felix's network creates a personalized treatment plan, and the prescribed medication is delivered directly to the patient's home in discreet packaging. This service is designed for those who prioritize convenience, privacy, and timely access to healthcare. Felix differentiates itself from competitors by emphasizing compassion and non-judgment in its approach, aiming to eliminate stigma associated with seeking medical help.
