  • 3+ years of experience leading metric and data focused initiatives and teams at healthcare organizations, especially if you have specific experience in Revenue Cycle.
  • Strong track record of juggling multiple initiatives and clear ability to prioritize most important stuff.
  • Comfortable using tools like Excel, Sheets, Looker, and Snowflake to perform data analysis.
Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 3-6 Operations Associates and Senior Associates. Coach and guide them in their day-to-day responsibilities, ensuring alignment with the Director on individual and team performance.
  • Collaborate with our Contracting, Credentialing, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to leverage data and performance insights, ensuring the RCM team is strategically positioned to maximize collections for the services our therapists provide.
  • Work closely with our RCM Leadership team to identify process inefficiencies using data analytics, support targeted improvement plans, and prioritize scalable solutions to enhance collections performance.
  • Partner with our Data team to design and build advanced dashboards and reports, providing comprehensive and real-time insights into collections performance, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Consistently ideate and implement innovative data-driven strategies to enhance our RCM systems, ensuring our infrastructure scales efficiently with increasing application volumes.
