Assist account executives in managing client accounts and project timelines.
Prepare and organize client documentation, reports, and presentations.
Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups between clients and internal teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of communications, agreements, and project milestones.
Support the creation of proposals, contracts, and other client materials.
Handle administrative tasks to facilitate efficient workflow within the department
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in an administrative or account support role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic project management tools.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
