Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of administrative experience in an office setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
  • Customer service, organization and time management, attention to detail, communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, decision-making, and event planning and coordination skills.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and office software.
  • Financial management skills, including budgeting and expense tracking.
  • Flexibility to work within a 24/7 operation.
  • Must provide a complete and current Vulnerable Sector Check, including a Criminal Background Check, or be willing to obtain one.
Responsibilities
  • Engage with residents, ensure their needs are met, and address their concerns.
  • Manage resident records and keep them up to date.
  • Handle Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, payroll and benefits, and scheduling for the residence.
  • Lead and engage team members to support an exceptional living experience for residents.
  • Ensure administrative processes comply with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee receptionists by providing training and guidance.
  • Personally manage the reception desk when necessary.
  • Shape the first impression of new residents in person and over the phone.
  • Coordinate with Regional and Support Office teams and use available administrative, operational, legal, and finance support.
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Workday, Kronos, and Yardi operating systems.
  • Human resources knowledge, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and payroll.
  • Supply management and inventory control knowledge.
