Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2+ years of industry experience in process engineering
  • Experience working with CMOS transistors
  • Hands-on experience with common nanofabrication techniques, particularly with Atomic Layer Deposition
  • Experience operating lab metrology instruments
  • Deep knowledge and experience in process simulations, process emulation, parasitic RC extraction, and experiment design
Responsibilities
  • Develop and optimize semiconductor fabrication processes
  • Design and execute experiments to evaluate the performance and reliability of new semiconductor processes and materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to develop and optimize in-house semiconductor fabrication equipment
  • Investigate and adopt new process techniques and incorporate relevant findings into process development
