  • B.A. in English, Journalism or Creative Writing is an asset but not required
  • Able to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven environment and meet tight deadlines

  • Critical thinking ability and attention to detail

  • Research content topics and vertical themes, review creative strategies, and develop content
  • Create content for different websites and advertising networks using internal and third-party tools
  • Work directly with media buyers to understand performance content needs
  • Continually adjust and fine-tune content and copy to appropriately target a wide array of content with our intended end users
  • Assess content performance in combination with marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics and financial results
  • Communicate and report on content findings and recommend actions to ensure achievement of performance goals
  • Explore the value of new creative opportunities within our team's specific workflows
