  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 5 years of experience in a software development environment
  • 3 years of experience in agile project management with scrum
  • 2 years in the retail banking domain
  • 2 years of experience working with geographically distributed teams
  • 3 years of experience in facilitating scrum ceremonies
  • 1 year of experience working with Azure DevOps/MS Team Foundation Server
Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the scrum process for project teams/agile squads of cross-functional team members
  • Guide the scrum team(s) in Agile/Scrum practices in their daily activities
  • Coach scrum team(s) to deliver value through agile practices
  • Collaborate with product owner(s) to ensure continuous grooming of backlogs
  • Lead daily stand-up meetings/calls and own the scrum ceremonies for the scrum team(s)
  • Organize, coordinate, and lead sprint planning sessions and sprint review/demo sessions
  • Facilitate sprint retrospectives and track action items for continuous improvement
  • Manage and monitor the scope and status of deliverables for each sprint
  • Collaborate with support teams to facilitate resolution of impediments for the scrum team
  • Maintain and update dashboards, providing management with reports on team capacity, velocity and progress as needed
  • Act as a liaison between development teams, product owners, and stakeholders
  • Foster a collaborative environment, effectively managing dependencies across geographically distributed teams
  • Drive continuous improvement by gathering feedback, analyzing team performance, and implementing process improvements
  • Actively participate in department and organization level meetings
  • Support process improvement and developmental initiatives as directed by management
  • Solicit guidance from stakeholders on agile methodologies
  • Promote the agile mindset and agile practices across cross-functional teams
