Requirements
  • Associate degree (AA) required; Bachelor's degree preferred in office management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced functions such as pivot tables and vlookups; familiarity with EHR/EMR systems a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for effective interactions with various stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to efficiently manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the collection, entry, and analysis of data essential for claim submissions, reconciliations, and denials. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all processed data.
  • Identify and address discrepancies in data. Communicate effectively with necessary parties to resolve issues quickly, maintaining workflow efficiency.
  • Maintain regular and professional interactions via phone with patients, insurance representatives, and healthcare providers, ensuring courteous and efficient communication.
  • Work closely with operations leaders to ensure seamless data processing and accurate reporting, contributing to operational excellence.
