Responsibilities
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Sales leaders, Revenue Operations, and go-to-market (GTM) executive team
  • Use a data-driven approach to annual planning, sales and launches forecasting
  • Deliver insightful analyses on the sales funnel to increase revenue
  • Lead the creation of an accurate sales forecasting process in partnership with the Finance team
  • Build & maintain executive/sales leadership dashboards reporting sales, forecasting, pipeline, churn, and customer performance KPIs
  • Surface insights from data captured about sales deals from the CRM system
  • Operationalize company GTM analytics strategy to ensure data is centralized and easily accessible
  • Establish and maintain business relationships in the go-to-market organization
  • Build, lead, and develop the talent of a high-performing analytical team
  • Ensure high quality insights and create executive summary materials with compelling recommendations
  • Frame and structure complex business problems into analyses
  • Drive the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Analyze and explain changes in key performance indicators to business partners and leadership
  • Build and support ad-hoc pipeline and other GTM data requests
