SPX Technologies has completed its acquisition of Kranze Technology Solutions (KTS), enhancing its Communication Technologies platform. KTS, known for digital interoperability and tactical networking, will be part of SPX's Detection Measurement segment. The acquisition is expected to modestly boost adjusted EPS in 2025. SPX Technologies (NYSE:SPXC) has agreed to acquire Kranze Technology Solutions (KTS) for approximately $350 million in cash. KTS, based in Illinois, specializes in digital interoperability and tactical networking, with strong ties to the US Marine Corps. The acquisition, financed through SPX's revolving credit facility, is expected to close in Q1 2025, pending regulatory approval. This will be SPX's 15th acquisition since 2018, expanding its CommTech platform to over $200 million in revenue.
