Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven success in full-cycle recruitment across a range of functions and levels.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and translate insights into action.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
  • Bilingualism in English and French would be considered an asset
Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, from intake to offer, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Source and engage passive candidates through innovative sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and talent mapping.
  • Work with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed via the appropriate criteria.
  • Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to continuously improve hiring processes and tools.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
