Responsibilities
  • Establish and support program management tools to ensure deliverables, resources, and risks/issues are managed efficiently
  • Document, support, and iterate processes required to meet program goals
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings by creating agendas, taking and sending notes, and tracking action items with appropriate owners
  • Support the Alliance Delivery Lead and Strategic Alliance Manager with critical tasks
  • Contribute to regular program status updates to assess progress against goals
  • Own select workstreams and projects end-to-end, from conception to execution
  • Serve as core member of account team, providing external partners with a delightful experience collaborating with Omada
