Requirements
  • Must have portfolio to be considered
  • Deep understanding of the Indian community, including their food trends and culture
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing and content creation.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for social media and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends.
Responsibilities
  • Curate and execute social media content and campaigns across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram etc.), ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy
  • Create engaging multimedia content, including text, images, videos, and stories to drive engagement on social media
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize areas for improvement.
  • Design compelling visuals (videos, statics and graphics) for social media posts, ads, and other marketing materials using design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
  • Collaborate with designers and external agencies to produce high-quality creative assets.
  • Build and nurture online communities around the brand through social media engagement, online forums, and partnership with influencers and brand advocates
  • Assist in developing content for the Indian store-front to highlight promotions, new products, exciting collections, etc
