Job Description

The Data Analytics & Engineering Associate Manager is responsible for influencing business strategy through data and analytics. The position is also responsible for managing and leading data and analytics of critical importance to drive business results as well as coaching and developing a team of analysts.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicates and presents complex project information to team and provides presentations/updates to senior leadership
• Provides data and analytics expertise to support and collaborate across business units
• Compiles, cleans, organizes and analyzes complex data to understand business results
• Monitors and evaluates business initiatives against key performance indicators and communicates results and recommendations to management
• Provides technical expertise
• Manages and leads data and analytics of critical importance
• Influences strategy through data and analytics
• Utilizes data and analytics expertise to coach and develop a team of analysts

Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job has supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $92,560.00 - 166,465.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
